Reasons Why it's Ok To Consume Meats
We have a lot of people with certain religious beliefs and other theories as to why people should not eat meat. The problem with this is that veganism causes many nutritional deficiencies. A lot of vegans are B12 deficient and have a diet which causes protein deficiency. The other issue is that meats are full of vitamin A which is extremely important for thyroid function. You also get vitamin D and lots of vitamin E from muscle meats. I really don't want to cause conflict and I someone still support veganism not because of its health benefits per say but the amount of consistency vegans have. A lot of vegans stay true to what they eat and most people unfortunately do not have any control over what they eat. From that standpoint I respect them. I still think that veganism is not healthy and should not be practiced. If people feel very strongly that they need to be vegan there are certain things they can do to help lessen the damage of that diet. A lot vegans say that feel great on this diet but are really running on adrenaline and don't realize it. The excess adrenaline over long periods of time is damaging their health.
A lot of vegans aren't educated on grass fed meats and because of this don't understand that there is healthy choices when it comes to eating meats. They believe that meats are bad for you but it's the conventional meats that they are talking about. Find me a study which shows grass fed meats increase cholesterol. In seems that with most thinks in life we don't look at the depth. The problem isn't that meats are bad but the way the animals are fed and the lifestyle they live. Grass fed meats are extremely good for you and should be incorporated in everyone's diet. If a vegan were to incorporate grass fed meats and organic fruits and vegetables. They would notice such a difference in their health they would never go back to veganism. There are so many people who for years were strong vegan followers but due to depletion in their own health eventually became meat eaters again.
A lot of people argue and say that we were never supposed to eat meat but the thing is veganism is a diet which does not look at the body from the inside out. A vegan lifestyle isn't based on how the body works. The body needs proteins, carbohydrates and fats in every meal. If you eat a vegan lifestyle you are very limited in your sources of protein. The sources of protein which vegans advocate are very unhealthy. Soy is a protein which a lot of vegans eat and it causes extreme estrogen dominance. This will lead to thyroid problems. Another protein you could eat as a vegan is hemp unfortunately hemp is high in polyunsaturated fatty acids and this will cause your metabolism to slow down. You don't have any healthy options when it comes to protein if you're a vegan. Beans are hard to digest and because of this they breed tons of endotoxin. Beans also have many things in them which cause mineral absorption problems. There isn't one healthy protein source a vegan can eat.
I know a lot of vegans would have a hard time buying and eating meat from their local meat market winnipeg and pretty much all of North America have ranges of meat markets to choose from. The truth is though if they incorporated healthy meats such as grass fed meats into their diet. They would notice such a huge improvement in their overall health. They they would never go back to eating as a vegan. Your health is priceless and no matter how certain you are in your beliefs you can't compensate your beliefs for your health. Your health is the most important thing in your life and because of this you need to be open-minded to new ideas. New beliefs can help you learn new ways to improve your health.
In conclusion, I hope I explained myself as to why eating as a vegan is not healthy. I didn't write this in order to create controversy rather I wanted educate people on vegan diets and there impact on your health. Your diet is a strong part of being healthy and you owe it to yourself to put the effort in to eating the healthiest diet possible.
